Brigadeiro

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder

How to:

  1. Mix the condensed milk and the butter.
  2. Bring the pan to the stove and heat it over medium-low heat.
  3. Add the cocoa powder while mixing to disolve everything.
  4. Keep mixing otherwise it will burn.
  5. If it takes a while for the mixture to move and you can see the pan, then your brigadeiro is ready.
  6. Grease a dish with thin layer of butter and pour the mixture on it.
  7. Let it cool and eat!
